„Alles gut, ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Gute Lage, nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof, aber in einer ruhigen Straße und man fühlt sich sicher. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, gute Pizzerien sehr nahe.

Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof (ca. 15-17min zu Fuß). Außerdem befindet sich auch eine U-Bahn Station in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr schlicht, aber ausreichend.

Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt die Klimaanlage defekt und wurde innerhalb von 9 Tagen auch nicht repariert Die Toilettenspülung müßte stärker sein!

Lage in Laufweite zu Roma Termini, etwas abseits von der Innenstadt aber alles gut zu laufen oder mit ÖPNV zu erreichen.

„Früher war es schöner

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es Metro und Busstops und einen günstigen Einkaufsmarkt. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren gut, das Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wie in Italien üblich aber auch nicht besonders.

Ich war vor 10 Jahren schon mal dort, hatte ein schönes, geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Beim jetzigen Aufenthalt war das Zimmer sehr klein und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Am nächsten Tag haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt, dieses Zimmer war noch kleiner! Der Feststeller der Fensterläden war defekt und damit sie nicht hin und her klappern waren sie mit Kabelbinder verschlossen so das es dauerhaft dunkel im Zimmer war und man nicht hinausblicken konnte. Wir waren des meckerns müde und haben es hingenommen da man in der Regel eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Doch das Zimmer war wirklich sehr trist, kein Bild, kein Flair. Wir reisen nicht oft aber bei 4 Sternen hatte wir etwas anderes erwartet. Aber es finden momentan Bauarbeiten im Haus statt(Baulärm ab 8 Uhr), vielleicht sind die renovierten Räume dann schöner...

„Typisches Best Western

Lage ok, Hotel liegt ca 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Termini entfernt. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt & aufgeräumt. Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Lediglich 2 Plastikbecher sind vorhanden, leider gar keine Gläser.

Great little hotel, with good facilities & great staff

The reception staff were welcoming, efficient & friendly - check-in was quick and simple. The room was clean and functional - it got cleaned every day. It is in a great location within easy walking distance of the sights.

Basic, clean but uncomfortable bed

Helpful and courteous staff upon check in. Hotel is 10 minute walk from main train station making it convenient for travel. Room and bathroom were spotless however bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Bed was hard and pillows flat. Basic room perfect for a short stay. Older hotel and small room like most hotels in the area. It was fine for a night.

Every person encountered me or got close to me within 20 meters (Neighbors and Staff) Especially the check-out staff who was with Antonio's name card. He should be fired and the check-in staff

Nice place with a convenient location.

The room is good, accessibility can be an issue though since the historical palace where the hotel is located is put on multiple levels. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of handmade cakes and a nice continental breakfast offer. The position is very convenient, being midway between the Termini Station and Villa Borghese.

Our stay was good, no particular concerns about it. The breakfast could have been more varied, but this is not a particular issue if you have it included with your stay.
